In case anybody is interested, I am including below both the contract I asked for and the contract I eventually got.
Anybody comparing the two documents will see that the CCLA Board of Directors bargained hard.
I got only a fraction of what I wanted.
In the end, I signed the deal because the lawyer on the other side made it clear that I wasn’t getting any more.
